Hi I'm Karla, I paint in my little hallway studio with my three little girls playing around me and creating alongside me. We are a military family that has been stationed at Fort Bragg in North Carolina for over fourteen years now. I started this journey while my husband was deployed in 2024 and it has been such an incredible blessing ever since.

My paintings are inspired by primitive, pastoral scenes and the slowness of times past. I use traditional oil paints and a palette of earthy, vintage tones with each piece I create.

I love to use antique and vintage frames to pair with my art. We also build our own handmade, scalloped, wood frames as a family.
